A short walk to sandy beaches, the three cottages sit on tree shaded acreage and are within strolling distance to restaurants, shopping, the Niantic Boardwalk and the movie theater in downtown Niantic.

All three cottages are fully furnished and have picnic tables and outdoor showers. Linens are not provided.
To provide for the comfort of all our guests, Crescent Cottages are smoke and pet free.
Our rental season runs from May 1st through Columbus Day. Contact us for current rates.

Crescent Cottages are located at 4 Crab Lane, Niantic, CT 06357-3115. The latitude-longitude are 41° 19' (41.31947), -72° 12' (-72.20071) Traveling by car, Crescent Cottages are located approximately 3 miles from Route I95. You can get a map showing the location of the cottages (Google Maps, Mapquest, Rand McNally. Yahoo! Maps), driving directions from any location to the cottages (Google Maps, Mapquest, Rand McNally, Yahoo! Maps), a photo from space shuttle mission STS-104 of Long Island and New London, or a photo from the International Space Station showing Long Island Sound. Amtrak provides service to Old Saybrook and New London; Niantic is located between these two towns. Niantic is within close driving distance to Mystic Seaport and Connecticut State Parks as well as the attractions below and is a day trip to Boston or Cape Cod. |
